Schedule

This fall's fair is a three-city tour scheduled in early-fall. It is designed to take institutions on a convenient, logical path from north to south, wrapping up in Ho Chi Minh City.

The schedule is flexible to allow representatives maximum opportunity in Vietnam. For those who can arrive early and stay late, there will be visit scheduled to local high schools and universities. Please see the fair schedule below:

Calendar

Green dates represent a bare-minimum 3 city tour (3 days). Green and yellow dates represent the full 3 city tour along with optional school visit and debrief days (5 days).

Pricing

The registration fee for the full 3-city tour is $3,750 and includes a qualified interpreter trained in advance about your institution, post-fair recruitment updates, dedicated followup with fair attendees by AMVNX, and full partner benefits. U.S. institutions will receive full attendee lists and will be included in a pre-event marketing campaign. There are no hidden costs or fees. The price covers everything you will need for a successful event. Not included is: international and domestic airfare, hotels and meals.

Promotional Materials

U.S. representatives are expected to bring or ship promotional materials to Vietnam. AMVN Exchange recommends between 100-400 copies of literature for each city. AMVN Exchange also provides printing services in Vietnam for institutions wishing to save on expensive shipping fees.

AMVN Exchange will handle transporting your materials form city to city during the tour.

AMVN Exchange cannot be responsible for items shipped to Vietnam. Representatives should ensure that their courier can provide door-to-door delivery and can clear customs and pay duty and taxes.

Registration Deadline

Registration is conducted entirely online. The priority registration deadline for these events is Saturday, June 1, 2013. After this date, event prices will increase. Registration is subject to limited availability.

Terms & Conditions

Only accredited educational institutions from the United States are allowed to register for these events. Registration is open to secondary schools, intensive English programs, community colleges and universities.

Institutions are allowed up to three representatives at their table. Only employees of the institution or bonafide alumni residing in-country are allowed to represent the institution. No outside agents are allowed in the event venue, and AMVN Exchange reserves the right to expel anyone not listed as a representative on your registration receipt from the fair venue.
